Reader Rides > 1980 Sleekcraft

1980 Sleekcraft 20ft tunnel hull with a fresh 402 big block.  I traded my 78 Python for this boat and I am very pleased with the trade. The motor has mild dome with a L86 cam oval port heads, four bolt mains with steel crank, torker intake with a Holly 750 to feed this beast. The headers are home made and done with solid perfection. All it needs is chroming.  The pump is a Berkeley 12j, pump shoots a mild rooster tail.  Looking to add a droop snout and rooster booster with a ride plate.  Hull is in good shape, needs a fresh shot of clear and a few nicks fixed.  Interior is in good shape, just alittle faded, but all in all like I said, I am very pleased with the trade.  Starts with first hit of the key and purrrs. The boat is soild.  Also the scoop has been painted, I don't have a pic yet of it with it painted. It was hell just to get to OK where I traded it, but it was well worth it.
